Cleaning Materials

Standard Package

  • Sweep/mop

  • Clean and disinfect surfaces

  • Bathroom: Sink, toilet, and a light cleaning of shower/tube.

  • Kitchen: Outside of kitchen appliances (stove, fridge, microwave)

  • Rooms: Pick up dirty laundry and toys, make beds, and basic organization. 

Deep Clean Package

  • Everything included the Standard Package plus:

    • Deep cleaning of all kitchen appliances and bathrooms.

    • Wash Dishes

    • Scrub walls, wall borders, doors, and door frames

Washing Window
Cleaning Products

Move in/out Package

  • Includes Deep Clean plus:​​

    • In/outside of cabinets â€‹

    • Under sink

    • Drawers

    • Pantry

Rental Unit Cleaning

  • Previous packages plus:

    • Complete disinfection​

    • Re-stock toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, and hand soap.

    • Replace bathroom and kitchen towels.

    • Replace linens.

    • Light cleaning of front and back yard.

    • Clean grill.

Man Vacuuming

Note:

  • To avoid injuries, our crews will not move heavy objects(i.e. refrigerators and stoves).

  • Services in one package can be added to another for a fee. 

  • Cabinets and drawers must be empty for Move In/Out.

  • Windows and shutters can be cleaned for an additional fee. 

  • Outside Windows will only be cleaned on the 1st floor of  2-story homes and must be unobstructed.

  • All quotes given will be based on a crew of 1-2 members.
